Hoje acordei com vontade criativa e o resultado foram estas duas ilustrações. A primeira chama-se "Medication" e foi enviada para a EYE CANDY ZINE que ainda aceita trabalhos até dia 22 de Maio. A segunda ilustração tem o nome de "Salt and Pepper" e espera um futuro temperado em alguma fanzine nacional ou estrangeira.

Today my mail box was full of zines. My eyes can´t belive it...
First I open the biggest package and I found 3 issues of Big Ole Face Full of Monsters #1 with cover artwork by me. This zine is one of the best I ever read about horror stories, classic movies and creepy music. This is a really must see and read.

Then I open another package and inside a cool grab bag:

Yesterday I received in my mailbox a new sci-fi and fantasy fanzine from Portugal called "Phantastes". 12 pages of sci-fi little stories written by Telmo Pinto and Tiago Gama (zine editors), Telmo Marçal, João Ventura, Manuel Freire and Gediminas Kulikauskas. The zine cover was design by Frank Koster. All texts are written in portuguese.

Today at my mailbox:

- Miss Sally Distillery, a little zine devoted to poetry, prose, artwork.
- A postcard from Germany (PCJ community)
- 100 phonecards from Taiwan

Yesterday I sent an illustration for Seeking the Lotus #6 and received an italian postcard from Postcrossing project.
Today I received one more artwork from Brasil for my mailart project JAPAN and 40 japanese phonecards for my collection.

VCS (Vinecurls Symphony) is a zine of Arabian Youth Expression and today I found two #1 issues in my mailbox.

Last weekend I found a very interesting and fun postcard project from Portugal. You can see it here.

A million thanks to Sean Zio and for the nice package of his zines: Electric Mayhem 1, 5, 11, 17-24 (special issue), Linda gay 1, 4 and Travelling the Republic of Heaven.

More two illustrations for zines: A cover for Miss Sally's Distillery Issue 1 and an illustration for a special issue zine about cars.

I made also an advertising page for my favorite local radio RUC in a music magazine FestForward.

Today I received Mmmph #5 from sheis_slaughter, her zine this time has less articles and poetry, but more zine reviews.

I'm still waiting for several zines (Chocoholic Zine, Do you hate me? zine, Orion, PJ Harvey Zine, Sex - Does it even mean anything anymore, Breasts) that I submit some artwork. I hope you dont forget me. If you need my adress, please drop me a line.

"JAPAN" , is the theme proposed by ClubOtaku, Portugal for thier first ongoing mailart project. We want each artist to show us in their very own personal view what is Japan. We want to get on a trip all over the world, a trip full of images, movies, words, signs, and even sounds

I went to my mailbox and no zines. I'm seeking desesperately for zine donations, because I dont have any new zine to read. Meanwhile, two new illustrations for two new zines: Miss Sally's Distillery (in need of tanka or haiku or other short poems, 50 word fiction, and 100 anecdotes or slices-of-life, and also little line drawings) and Friendship (stories about you and your pals, poetry, pictures).

up_with_skirts is looking for some submissions (Articles, Comics, Poetry, Art, Prose - fiction or non) to her new zine called "Naked".

Today I received a zine from India. Prakalpana Literature is a bangla-english bilingual zine about literature and experimental art. It is a very interesting and well-written zine. I want to submit some artwork or visual poetry for a future issue.

I've 5 bulks of 100 portugusese freepostcards for those who collect them. I want trade them for zines.

This was submission for the Fall 2005 issue (theme: community) of Eye Candy Zine.
